Bible Study Take one hour of quiet time out of day to learn the Bible

Sweat Workout six times a week

Take a bath Take a hot bath at least once a week

Take care of skin Wear sunscreen, exfoliate, and moisturize

Read Instead of technology

Meal Plan  Follow a plan to save money and only go to store one-two times a week

Sleep Get body conditioned to a regular bedtime schedule and wake up early

Listen More than you speak

Study Nursing programs are competitive

Get fresh air Go outside and be in the sun

Be patient What’s supposed to happen will happen, things take time

Be kind Treat others how you would want to be treated

Stretch Be kind to your body

Be mindful of your body Listen to your body as to what it needs rather than what your mind wants
